Please note that we are not the right service for you if you:

• have a severely low weight (a BMI of below 17.5). We would encourage you to visit your GP to discuss a referral to a more appropriate service.
• are purging (self-induced vomiting) more than once a day. We would encourage you to visit your GP to discuss a referral to a more appropriate service.
• are experiencing a mental health crisis. We are not a crisis service, and we would encourage you to contact the relevant crisis service.
• EDNE can and will make reasonable adjustments to our services wherever possible so as to be inclusive and support access to their counselling service. This can be discussed as necessary.

All referrals for EDNE counselling are subject to initial assessment to determine needs, suitability and risk.
